Very cool model and animation. I think you've conveyed the weight well with what you've got. You might try making the torso bounce up and down with each step, I think that would add to it. Other than that and slowing it down as others suggested, I think you're good to go.

Wow, that is a great 3d character. The texturing is perfert, in my opinion. I agree with everyone else about slowing down his movements to make him look heavier. He's already hunched over enough to add to that impression. You can also make his feet bigger so they look more weighted, if you wanted to tweak the model and not the animation. Great job, I really dig this!

your character looks like it is having a hard time walking straight due to the weight on its back. If this was your intention then great job. Also good job on the walking movement you got the hand and leg movement down.

the walk is great, the hand movements to the bend of the shoes and leg movements. good job!
slowing the animation down might do the trick. another suggestion might be to make the robots back more straight and when it walks make the back lower/forward and down motion.

The walking has been done well. I see the legs and hands movement is done in great sync. I would like to see more movement on the head.

That is very nice, everything look perfect in my point of view.

But it would be better and more real if the head move independently too instead of it having to follow the body.

It looks good, especially the way with every step the robot takes his arms move as well. I also like the way he moves alittle side to side when it walks.
My one complaint would be that the walk isn't that smooth.

Ron,

It looks good. You might try slowing the arms down a little. It looks like they are swinging too "easily".

Pros: Good heavy feeling in the feet and body.

Cons: Give it a light background (or lights) so it is easier to see.

Hello Ron,

Pros: Love the character and colors. The heavyness of the foot is great. I feel the weight.

Cons: There is a jumpiness to the amimation that distracts my eye. I think it is the left hand going back that does a quick jump while everything else is smooth.

Hope that helps. Love the work!

Ross
