wow this is a lovely animation. i like your background, and your story line is easy to follow. nice use of color too. All i would say is that the timing is a little slow. good job, keep it up :D

Wow! I really enjoyed this! Your staging is clear and effective. Your story was extremely easy to follow, and you really stuck to the Mr. Bean model sheet. This is one of the most impressive films I've seen all year. I won't be surprised if you're in the top three for this contest. I have a couple of suggestions though. The timing is pretty even and predictable; you could experiment with it. Also, when they blink, I think it takes them a little too long. It should have more snap. What's most noticable about this is all three characters blink slowly like this. It makes them seem too similar. Maybe the rabbit could blink slowly like that--- or you could make him look like he's batting his eyelashes (maybe check out Tweety Bird) and that could add to his character. Also, they all blink twice. Maybe have one of them blink twice, but not all three. Once again, it will make the audience feel like they're all different characters, not drawings made by the same person. But I'm really impressed that you though to have them blink. That adds life to them. Also, work a little more on your squash and stretch. I'm not sure if you're doing this, but what helps me is to draw the lines of action. It's more important to get the feeling across rather than the anatomy, but your ability to keep the characters looking consistent is unbelievable. This is amazing. Bravo!

Student's intentions

In this short animation, I want Mr. Bean becomes a magician. He can pull out a rabbit from an empty hat but the result is not what he wanted. His trick gets uncovered! The idea I adapted from watching Tom and Jerry and saw the lion sneak in the tube, so I came up with the lion is pulled out. Because I do not have much time on this animation, so I use the lion from "Tom and Jerry". I add leg and face to Mr. Bean to show more effective movement and emotion. I hope you like it.

Is the story clear? Is it entertaining? Is the facial expression fit in the situation? What can I add in the animation? How can I make it better?
